The short version of the rules.

Your account

One account per person, with real information about yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Companies are represented by people — an admin claims and manages the company page.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant AFGLinked permission to display and distribute it on the platform and in link previews so your profile can be shared. Remove it and that permission ends.

Be accurate

Do not claim roles, degrees, awards or funding you do not have. Misrepresentation is the fastest way to lose an account here, because credibility is the only thing this platform sells.

Acceptable behaviour

No harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, spam, recruitment fraud, or sharing anyone's private information. No fee-charging schemes disguised as opportunities. Treat messages as an introduction, not a broadcast channel.

Opportunities

Posters are responsible for the accuracy of what they list and for handling applicants respectfully. AFGLinked does not screen employers or guarantee any role, funding or outcome.

Enforcement

We may hide content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these terms. Serious cases — impersonation, fraud, threats — are removed without warning.

No warranty

The platform is provided as is while we build it. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the conduct of other members.

Changes

These terms will evolve as the platform does. Material changes will be announced in-product before they take effect.
